Focus on tasks where you can clearly communicate what you need and what success looks like.

TaskFavour is moving in the direction of focusing on digital tasks for AI tool experts, but physical tasks will not be rejected.

You can post any legal task that doesn't involve prohibited items, adult services, gambling, alcohol, or drugs. Tasks should have clear descriptions, timeframes, and budgets.

Set a realistic budget based on the complexity and time required. Consider market rates for similar services in your area.

If you're not receiving offers, try improving your task description with more details, clear requirements, and realistic pricing. Ensure your task is legal and follows our guidelines. You can also try reposting with a different title or adjusting your budget. If issues persist, contact our support team for guidance on making your task more attractive to Taskers.

After posting your task, Taskers will submit offers. You can review each Tasker's profile, ratings and reviews. Choose the Tasker that best fits your needs and budget by accepting their offer. Once accepted, a Task Contract is created and work can begin.

No, all pricing must be finalized before the task is assigned. Partial quotes and off-platform negotiations are not permitted.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe after task completion. Make sure your banking details are up to date in your Profile Settings.

Yes, but you must get the Poster's consent first and remain responsible for overseeing the work, even when using subcontractors.

If your offers aren't being accepted, try improving your profile with a clear photo, detailed bio highlighting your AI skills, and positive reviews from previous work. If issues persist, contact our support team for profile optimization tips.

TaskFavour does not have built-in file sharing support. You'll need to use external file sharing services (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) and share the download link through our messaging system. Always communicate file requirements clearly in your task description and ensure the Tasker has access to all necessary materials before starting work.

Contact the Poster immediately to discuss alternatives. Canceling tasks can result in negative reviews and may affect your account status.

We strongly recommends using our private messaging system for all communications. This helps maintain a complete record of your conversations in case of any incidents or disputes. Only share private contact information if absolutely necessary.

Trust your instincts. If you feel unsafe, don't proceed with the task. Report any concerning behavior to our support team immediately.

We provide blocking and reporting support on all user-generated content. Don't hesitate to contact our real-time support team for any guideline violations or safety concerns. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Currently, TaskFavour is not charging Posters a booking fee.

TaskFavour's service fees are transparent and competitive. Fees are deducted from the Tasker's payment after task completion.

We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit card manual entry. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cash payments are not supported.

Yes, you can update your profile information in your Profile Settings. Keep your information current and accurate. Adding skills to your bio and including a profile picture are great ways to build trust with other users.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity and frequency.

You can delete your account directly through the delete account support feature in your Profile Settings. Note that this action is irreversible.

No, taking tasks off the TaskFavour platform is strictly prohibited. This creates an unfair environment and can result in account cancellation.

Prohibited content includes hate speech, violence, discrimination, harassment, illegal activities, and any content that violates our Community Guidelines.

TaskFavour encourages users to resolve disputes directly with each other first. If that fails, you can ask TaskFavour for help. We may investigate and make reasonable decisions based on provided information, and can instruct payment providers to make payments. For complex disputes, we may provide access to a Third Party Dispute Service. You can still take disputes to court if needed.
