Korean speaker to help me find and make an appointment with a famous surgeon in Korea

Ideally, someone who is familiar with the Korean healthcare system. I will need help finding the surgeon making an appointment ideally remotely, but if not, in person. We will likely need a translator for the appointment itself as well. Budget: $20 an hour.
