3D designer for nightclub floor plans

I am looking for a 3D designer who can create a nightclub floor plan models. It shouldn’t be too detailed since i want it to load quickly in my mobile app( react native) using react-three fiber (three js renderer). I really don’t know how much time it takes to create something like this \* but right...
